We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Include your order number with the return.
How to start a return
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
